Moonbeach is a popular name for a region in the north of Ibiza dating back to the hippie times. Located between Portinaxt and Benirras itmeans the coast of Es Calo de S'Illa, specifically the small island Es Caldera and its opposite shores. No maps and roadsigns can guide you there and so it is still an insiders plac , kerpt by many people knowing this location as a secret. . As there have been no constructions the whole area still looks like untouched by human civilasition, moreover like a natural park with pine trees, rocks, some gauges and rocky beaches. Between autumn and spring you can see spectacular sunsets spreading a warm light upon bizarre rock formations,. As scenery a sif you are visiting another planet. Those who love this locatio all wish that there will never be a road or a roadsign leading there - and hopefully moonbeach will never be mentioned in a tourist guide.
